Ardmore Dragway would like to say thanks to all, the loyal racers, fans and sponsors, that hung in through the rain to experience a great race day.

First of all we are sorry for you that missed it but we understand due to the weather conditions your decision on staying home.
But for the brave folks that adventured to Ardmore they were
part of a drag race festival. Thanks to Stereo Designs, Ten Buck
Two Night Club, The U.S. Army, The Daily Ardmoreite and The USCI team for supporting us this year. Our Team Championship went to Oklahoma, but you guys from Texas are a true class act. Thanks for coming. Guyniece took over 400 photo's and I will be adding them with story lines during the next few weeks. Grab a cold drink and sit back and enjoy the sights of the Red River Shootout Two. Thanks Ardmore Dragway

Saturday Morning: The Ardmore Dragway crew started early getting the pits vacuumed of, over 2 inches of rain the night before.

The Texas team showed up armed with some very Heavy Hitters.

By 1 P.M. the Ardmore crew had the race track ready to go.Racers from Texas and Oklahoma battled till dark thirty for the team championship.

Show vehicles of all kinds filled the show and shine area.

The USCI team kept the crowed active all day.

Can you say BURNOUT contest!

Race fans filled both sides of the the track to witness the intense competition.

Oh have I told you how hard the special events coordinator works at one of these deals?
